TCB Programme is one of the graduate programs at CIMB Niaga whose main purpose is to prepare fresh graduate
talents with comprehensive general banking knowledge and exposure to be placed in key positions for a short
period of time. The period of program is 2 years with bonding agreement. The target position after graduating is a
Specialist with expected grading in Manager (M).
Requirements :
1. Possess Bachelor or Master Degree with GPA min 3.25 out of 4.00 or equivalent
2. Outstanding achievement in academic & non-academic activities that demonstrate the following qualities:

4. trong desire to learn and succeed
5. Creative and innovative
6. Ability to Think without the Box
7. High energy, enthusiasm and drive
8. Highly proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English both written and verbal
9. Willing to be placed in all CIMB Niaga location throughout Indonesia
